“My name is Lupe, I’m running for 12th District Council. I’m a mutual aid volunteer and current Vice President on the BJHS Local School Council. I believe in Chicago’s sanctuary status, and will continue to hold CPD accountable to not collaborate with ICE. I support the Victim’s Bill of Rights, and will continue to fight that victims are treated with dignity.”
rolando cabrera
“My name is Rolando Cabrera and I’m running for 12th District Council to help provide wraparound services, build trust and communication within the communities, to hold police accountability, and ensure public safety. I always stand behind, “Be the message you bring” and you’ll see that my work speaks for itself.”
“My name is Andres Guzman, and I am running for 12th District Council to hold the police and ICE accountable. As someone whose family was disrupted by incarceration and deportation, I’m committed to fighting these institutions.”
